He provided an assessment over the phone and sent me a proposal/estimate for the work to be done. James set me up with one of his technicians Kiel who was also amazing throughout .  Kiel competed the work , explained everything he was doing and was friendly and knowledgeable . James arranged for the permit and contacted hydro to restore power after the work was competed. They upgraded our electrical panel, installed a Level 2 car charger by running cable through our attic and then they did a bunch of small electrical fixes we needed around the house. We originally hired Hilltop Electric and they sent Oak West to do the job. Next time we will cut out the middle man!

He arrived soon after and found a problem with our meter. It ended up being a major repair that required hours sourcing materials on a Saturday before a long weekend. He finished around 11PM. BC Hydro replaced their service cable and drove off 1:15 AM. James took care of every detail. The cost was at least $1000 below what I anticipated.
