He provided an assessment over the phone and sent me a proposal/estimate for the work to be done. James set me up with one of his technicians Kiel who was also amazing throughout .  Kiel competed the work , explained everything he was doing and was friendly and knowledgeable . James arranged for the permit and contacted hydro to restore power after the work was competed. They upgraded our electrical panel, installed a Level 2 car charger by running cable through our attic and then they did a bunch of small electrical fixes we needed around the house. He arrived soon after and found a problem with our meter. It ended up being a major repair that required hours sourcing materials on a Saturday before a long weekend. He finished around 11PM. BC Hydro replaced their service cable and drove off 1:15 AM. James took care of every detail. The cost was at least $1000 below what I anticipated.
